So what is a blog, really?
Blog or weblog is web and log or weblog, and finally blog. Blogs are usually over a topic or area of intrest. There are blogs over just about any subjects. Bloga are great ways for people to collaborate and share ideas. Blogs post each new post at the top of the page. Which means the first blog is at the bottom of the page. Blogging is when you write a blog, maintaining a blog or adding an article to a blog. Individual articles on a blog are called "blog posts," "posts" or "entries". A person who posts these entries is called a blogger.

A blog entry consists of the following:

Although blogs are usually text, there are other versions: audioblogs (podcasts), photoblogs, moblogs (mobile phone blog maintained by mobile phone) and videoblogs (vlogs).

So what is a podcast really?

Pod Cast distributes multimedia files (audio programs or music videos) over the Internet using either the RSS or Atom syndication formats, for playback on MP3 players, I Pods,  and personal computers. A podcast has the ability to be downloaded automatically using software capable of reading RSS or Atom feeds. Neither podcasting nor listening to podcasts requires an iPod or other portable player, and no over-the-air broadcasting is required.

Power Cast- Powerpoint and pod casting combined.
